Seminar 2 - Mixing Yin & Yang in the Dan Tien

This seminar will explore mixing the Yin and the Yang in relation to upper and lower body. We will look at balancing Yin and Yang in the Dan Tien through a series of visualisation techniques and Dan Tien rotation exercises. We will also explore the Toad form which will strengthen the Dan Tien giving increased awareness to Yin/Yang differentiation.

Seminar 3 - The Great Celestial Movement

Exploring the microcosmic and macrocosmic orbits using breath and and forms that create a flow through the central channels and unites the whole body - identifying and working with areas of resistance and places of Chi within the orbits. Once flow is established relating this to the universal energies around the body.

Seminar 4 - The Cauldron and Internal Transformation

Using the imagery of the mystical cauldron to spark the alchemical process along the central line of the body. Creating a distillation of yoru Jing and transforming it into Shen, allowing a union with the primordial energy of creation. Discussing ways of bringing this practice into your daily life.

Seminar 5 -Developing the Yi 2

In this seminar we will be looking at advanced meditation methods as well as visualisation techniques using symbolism and light. Static and moving forms will be used in a way to enhance the understanding of Chi fields. We will be looking at advanced breathing techniques and the synchronisation of breath and movement. Finally, all of these elements will be brought together in a cohesive way led by intention, known as Yi.

Seminar 6 -Dragon Forms

This supernatural creature offers a way of bringing all the elements together and connecting into central channels. The dragon form is like a super chi kung form that can provide a powerful way to relate to the totality of your chi system but in particular to your central Channels. Many of the forms encourage a movement and balance along Chong Mai.

Seminar 7 - Revealing the Tao

Deepening into meditative and transformational ways to bring you into greater alignment with the Tao in your Chi Kung practice through opening out to Nature and the Natural forces around you. Looking at a way of life that is consistent with the nature of the Tao.

Seminar 8 - Chi Field Dynamics

Connect more powerfully to your Chi field, discover its composition and learn ways of making chi quicken and move more deeply through it. Looking at ways of using Chi Kung therapeutically to heal others. Healing skills will be developed to encourage the movement of Chi in others leading to greater consciousness and health.

Seminar 9 - Balancing the Three Dan Tiens

Establish a connection to each of the three Dan Tiens and through forms and internal meditations, images and sounds. Create an even balance through all three Dan Tiens will bring about a deepening in your consciousness and a new way of relating to other people and the world around you.

Seminar 10 - Pa Kau and Taoist Cosmology

In this seminar we will be looking at the art of transformations. We will use concepts from Pa Kau which incorporate strong, circular movements bringing about a quantifiable change and improvements in your internal alchemy. The Pa Kau concepts that we incorporate will be based on movements and energies that help to define microcosmic and macrocosmic order. Pa Kau is based on the eight trigrams of the I Ching and from these eight trigrams we will start to explore the nature of Taoist cosmology.
