This ticket gives you access to the Introduction to Five Element Chi Kung Half Day Workshop ONLINE

Join us for an insightful introduction to the Five Element Chi Kung system, where we’ll dive into the Taoist Five Element theory and explore how each element influences the balance within our body and mind. In this workshop, we’ll focus on the mother-child relationship of the elements, discovering how each element nurtures and supports the next.

Through guided movement, intention-setting, and colour visualisation, you’ll learn to activate and strengthen each element within you, enhancing your overall vitality and energy. We’ll also explore Taoist principles to help you increase the potency of your elements, offering effective tools to calm stress and nurture your inner balance. This workshop serves as a foundational journey into understanding how to maintain harmony within your energy system and cultivate a deeper connection to your well-being.

Elemental Chi Kung Is a progressive approach to chi kung that incorporates classic styles and philosophies with modern bodymind and energy concepts. The approach explores body and chi awareness as a way to deepen into our internal chi flow through movement, stillness, meditation, and breath. A creative space is sought to allow our essential nature to express itself and bring about transformation to an innermost reality.

Chi Kung movements are simple. Each action aims to move Chi in a specific way. The movements often take their inspiration from the movement of animals and nature and can look quite beautiful. Sometimes the movements follow energy channels in the body and sometimes they orient around internal organs or parts of the body. The aim in all the movements is to increase the flow of Chi through the mind and body
